Tuning into these clues through the practice of cycle charting can empower you to plan daily activities that synergize with your basic biology, catch early signs of health issues, significantly increase your chances of conception, and practice a natural and effective method of birth control.
Join Crisia, our fertility awareness educator and fertility support practitioner, for a comprehensive introduction to cycle charting and fertility awareness methods (FAM). You'll also learn how Crisia can support you in your journey to understand your cycle, achieve pregnancy, or explore FAMs for avoiding pregnancy.
This workshop is for you if you have a cycle, no matter where you are in your reproductive phase of life. Cycle charting is beneficial just after menarche, throughout your peak reproductive years, during postpartum, and even throughout perimenopause.
By booking this option, you are securing a spot for you and a partner/friend. This workshop will be offered in a hybrid (in person and via Zoom) format.
