Fertility Support
Having providers knowledgeable regarding the ups and downs of conceiving is important while on your fertility journey.
Our fertility support practitioner provides a safe space to receive encouragement, support, and evidence-based information as you navigate cycle charting, doctors’ visits, fertility testing, referrals to fertility clinics, and the complicated decision-making process and emotions that can accompany your fertility journey. She provides one-on-one consultations, workshops, and short and long term coaching to help you cope through conception, loss, and fertility struggles.
Acupuncture has been shown to enhance fertility and fertility treatments for either/both partners. Often targeting reproductive organs, acupuncture addresses hormone imbalances, stress, and enhances your wellbeing to prepare your body for pregnancy.
Mental health counselling can help you manage the feelings and thoughts that can occur when struggling with fertility issues. Grief, depression, or anxiety from ectopic pregnancy, miscarriage, and conception barriers can all be addressed in therapy.
