March 1 – Infant Massage Workshop

Spend some quality time learning to massage your little one! Infant massage has been shown to improve digestion, sleep, and the parent-child bond. Join our RMT Mackenzie to learn how to massage you baby safely and effectively.

This workshop is at 12:00-1:00pm on Friday March 1, 2024, is best for babies 0 – 18 months.

Please bring your little one, a lotion for your little one, and a blanket or mat for them to lay on.

Please do not bring baby oil or a nut-based oil (such as almond). If you would like to bring an oil, you can opt for any vegetable-based oil, apricot oil, or baby lotion.

Please note that this workshop is not eligible for direct billing and is for entertainment purposes and does not provide credit or certification.

The registration cost is $20, which includes a spot for a parent and their little one. Please inquire if more than one parent wants to join by emailing info@nestinwellness.com
