Taught by our Registered Nurse and lactation counsellor Katie Jackson, this class is a comprehensive lactation class that discusses: benefits of breastfeeding/chestfeeding, how milk is produced, normal infant behavior, when to feed your baby, how to get a great latch, preventing common issues including low supply, self-care, partner support, pumping, and bottle feeding.

The registration fee is $105, which includes a spot for yourself and a support person.
