These classes are like no other in their fluidity and unpredictability and are a great way to reinvigorate your energy and mood and reconnect with your body and the community around you. The classes are focused on you, with periods dedicated to your baby, including infant massage, singing, dancing, and/or baby yoga time. Babies from newborns up to crawling are welcome in the in-person class.
