You and your birth partner are invited to join this class to learn & practice hands on comfort measures and breath techniques for all stages and phases of labour & birth. This experience will minimize overwhelm while providing some very potent & effective tools to expecting families who are aiming for a vaginal birth. We will be combining birth wisdom and partner yoga to highlight your connection to your body, to your baby, and to your birth partner.

This short yet concise class is beginner friendly and is suitable for first time birthers as well as those who just want a refresher before the big day!

All trimesters are welcome however many choose to wait until the 2nd or 3rd trimester to ensure all that is practiced remains at the top of mind.

This class will be guided by Shantelle Darshana, a Certified Perinatal Yoga Teacher and DONA Certified Birth Doula.
