Yoga for Older Adults

A 5-class yoga series to help maintain flexibility, health, and wellness in your prime years. Running Wednesdays 9:00-10:00am from November 1, 2023 to November 29, 2023, this class is the perfect way to get active earlier in the day.

This class is intended for individuals aged 55 and older.
