Back to School (and Sleep!)

With back to school around the corner, it’s important to get back to the basics. Your child’s sleep schedule is the foundation to a healthy lifestyle and a successful day. In this workshop we’ll address getting back into a regular sleep routine, quality sleep environment, and other habits of good sleep hygiene. Learn about dropping naps, sleep and transitioning to daycare, the importance of a good sleep routine, and more. By booking this workshop, you are securing your spot for yourself and a partner.
Please note that this workshop requires a minimum of 5 participants to run. Should the minimum number of registrants not be met, you will be informed and refunded the full fee.
