Our Fall Prevention & Stability Workout Class is designed to help older adults (60+) improve balance, strength, and stability, reducing the risk of falls.
Taught by our certified personal trainer Ingrid, this small group personal training class incorporates a variety of exercises tailored to enhance core strength, coordination, and flexibility.
The program focuses on safe movement patterns, postural control, and building confidence in daily activities.
