postnatal cardio

A 5-class fitness series designed to help get you moving in your postpartum body. This class uses a variety of different equipment and moves to get you sweating. Babies are welcome to attend!

This series runs Thursdays 2:00-3:00pm starting November 16 until December 14, 2023.

$120 for 5 classes - by booking and purchasing this option, you are booking for the entire series of 5 classes.
