We support all members of the general public, and every Nest team member has specialized training and an interest in supporting those in their perinatal journeys—including those who are trying to conceive, are pregnant, have recently given birth, or are seeking support through loss.

*o-day’min (oh-day-min) is the Anishinaabe word for strawberry, or heart berry, and was chosen as the name for this ward to reflect it being the heart of the city, amongst other meaningful connections. We gratefully acknowledge that Nest Integrative Wellness is in Treaty 6 territory, a place where diverse Indigenous nations (including the Cree, Dene, Blackfoot, Saulteaux and Nakota Sioux, amongst others), Métis, and Inuit have lived in and cared for these lands for generations and that we as residents, owners, and practitioners of Nest share the responsibility for stewardship of this land.
