A 5-class prenatal yoga series designed to offer conscious, engaging movements, build strength and endurance, and connect to self and baby during pregnancy. During these classes, you will be taught mindfulness, breathing practices, and yoga poses that can be brought home and into the birthing space.
This series runs Mondays from 12:00-1:00 pm starting May 27.
