Taught by our Registered Nurse and lactation specialist, this class is a comprehensive lactation class that discusses the benefits of breastfeeding/chestfeeding, how milk is produced, normal infant behaviour, when to feed your baby, how to get a great latch, preventing common issues including low supply, self-care, partner support, pumping, and bottle feeding.
