March 14 – Baby & Me Yoga Series

Join Isabelle and Erica in our upcoming Baby & Me yoga classes!

These classes are specifically designed for new parents who want to get moving again with baby by your side! We will practice a variety of meditations and breathing techniques coupled with gentle yoga sequences to encourage ease in the body & mind.

Short periods of each class are dedicated to your baby – these can include infant massage, singing, dancing and/or baby yoga time.

Details:
▪️ Isabelle will be teaching a 5-class series on Fridays at 12:00-1:00pm starting March 14 for $110
▪️ Erica will be teaching a 4-class series on Sundays at 2:00-3:00pm starting March 23 for $90

These classes are like no other in their fluidity & unpredictability! You are encouraged to tend to the needs of your little one whenever needed: freely feed, change and soothe your baby at any time without feeling like you need to leave the room. These things are expected and encouraged during this class. Babies from newborn up to crawling are welcome to join you.
