Join us for a holiday-themed kids’ yoga class. In this 75-minute class, we will explore mindful play, breath, movement and a holiday-themed craft to end the practice.
The invitation is to deepen your bond with your little one this holiday season and have fun! No prior experience with yoga is necessary; come with an open mind and willingness to play.
This session is for ages 1-4.
