Who we are

Nest Integrative Wellness is an allied health and wellness centre situated in the vibrant neighbourhood of Westmount on 124 Street in Edmonton, Alberta.

We are a team of perinatal professionals who all share a common goal of providing excellent care to families who are trying to conceive, pregnant, recently gave birth, and everything in-between. Our services include mental health therapy, acupuncture, massage, nutrition, lactation consulting, sleep consulting, yoga, personal training, and fertility support. We also have group-use spaces for workshops and classes, social/support groups, group therapy, and more.

There is a shared parking lot with free parking behind our building, and an abundance of street parking surrounding the building.

Our space is accessible, inclusive, and includes a feeding room for those who attend their service, program, or gathering with their baby(ies).
